Once homeless, he has struggled against the odds to achieve success, launching multiple global enterprises including Paul Mitchell hair products and Patron Spirits, while always supporting his motto, “Success Unshared is Failure.” He signed Bill Gates and Warren Buffet’s “Giving Pledge” as a formal promise to continue giving back. John Paul has been profiled for his corporate and philanthropic initiatives across a multitude of media outlets including 20/20, CNN, Forbes, Fortune, Inc., Fox, Fox Business News, Bloomberg, CNBC, NBC and recently as a guest shark on Shark Tank.
Gary Stephens

Gary leads Renew Logic with more than twenty years of executive experience, including more than 12 years in executive leadership role leading reverse logistics and electronics recycling operations.
Gary’s philanthropic endeavors include supporting Make a Wish Foundation, Toys for Tots and Flying Vikings, a nonprofit that supports autistic children and their loved ones.
Eloise DeJoria
Co-Founder
Entrepreneur Eloise DeJoria is co-founder of Ultimate Face Cosmetics and clothing line “Eloise DeJoria.” Her business experience runs across the fashion industry to the environment and entertainment. Eloise takes a global view that leads her investments in ecologically positive businesses and sustainability.
Eloise, her husband John Paul and their Peace, Love and Happiness Foundation are ardent supporters of causes that support a healthy planet, nutrition, holistic healing programs and the use of film as a medium for women to raise awareness of critical issues that impact their lives.
Justin Harvey

In addition to his involvement with Renew Logic, Justin is a founder and CEO of Arbor Behavioral Healthcare, a leading provider of quality treatment for alcohol and drug abuse. Justin is a former Marine and has worked in the addiction field as well as commercial construction management.
Justin contributes financially and personally in substance abuse treatment and recovery. He is a visible influence on the local substance abuse recovery community and serves on the board for Communities for Recovery. He supports the Zach Scott Theater Performing Arts School, as well as numerous local and global causes that benefit the planet, people and animals.
